The video doesn't mention that FedEx is under the Railway Labor Act, because it would point out how random the law which governs them is. Think to yourself - does the FedEx guy come by in a truck, a place or a train? The last mile is by truck just like every other package delivery service. This video is a propaganda hit piece, but makes sense in a sick partisan way.
