		<description>The statement in this video that being governed by the National Labor Relations Act &quot;makes it easy for workers to unionize&quot; is one of the most singularly stupid things I&#039;ve heard this year; unionization is utterly grueling for workers under the NLRB.
The video doesn&#039;t mention that FedEx is under the Railway Labor Act, because it would point out how random the law which governs them is.  Think to yourself - does the FedEx guy come by in a truck, a place or a train?  The last mile is by truck just like every other package delivery service.  This video is a propaganda hit piece, but makes sense in a sick partisan way.</description>
