The statement in this video that being governed by the National Labor Relations Act “makes it easy for workers to unionize” is one of the most singularly stupid things I’ve heard this year; unionization is utterly grueling for workers under the NLRB.
The video doesn’t mention that FedEx is under the Railway Labor Act, because it would point out how random the law which governs them is. Think to yourself – does the FedEx guy come by in a truck, a place or a train? The last mile is by truck just like every other package delivery service. This video is a propaganda hit piece, but makes sense in a sick partisan way.
