I’m sitting here on the couch in my apartment after a long week at work. Turns out, promoting conservatism for a living is tougher than doing it as a hobby. I’m exhausted.

I’m definitely getting used to the area. Arlington, which is just outside D.C., reminds me a lot of Nashville – and the ride into Washington only takes a few minutes on the Metro.

You’ve probably noticed the blog has been lacking content since the end of June. I was in the middle of this transition and didn’t have the time or inclination to update all that frequently. Now that I’m finally getting settled, I’ll start updating this. I believe I will change up the content and use more personal video. You can check out my YouTube channel. There’s only one video up there now, but I hope to add interviews and other interesting clips from my time in Arlington/Washington, D.C.

For now, keep checking back, and I’ll begin posting more stories and commentary.
